Muscle Magic has been treating people for over 12 years and is based in Upper Shirley, Southampton and is a quiet dedicated therapy room where Natasha's aim is to provide top class therapy treatments designed purely with you in mind.

Natasha a Complementary Therapist and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and follows their guidelines.

Natasha offers a wide range of full body massage treatments at both her clinic in Southampton and in Nomansland, Nr Salisbury.

Despite being used for many years, massage is only now building a body of clinical evidence to support its use in the healthcare arena.

Guidelines recently published by the National Institute for Clinical Evidence (NICE) recomends that patients with persistent, non-specific low back pain have access to a choice of different treatments, including massage.

The NICE guidelines state that:

"The effect of massage in patients with chronic low back pain lasted at least a year after the end of  treatment."

Although treatments are suitable for most adults there are certain conditions where one should avoid certain therapies. To provide for the continued wellbeing of my client's I will take a full consultation at the initial appointment to ensure that treatment is appropriate. I woke complimentary to allopathic medicine and never at any time will I diagnosis or advise my clients to stop taking their prescribed medication.

In some instances your GP's approval may be required before treatment can commence. An individual, confidential record card will be kept along with additional notes for future reference. All records are kept in accordance with Data Protection and are filed in a secure place.
